WhatsAppp Dose't allowed Third party stickers pack yet.  But there is workarround /trick . For that , you need Rooted phone. You can google for it how to root your specific device. Once you successfully rooted your device. follow further steps. 1) Install 'Animated Stickers for WhatsApp' application form bellow link https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=animated.whatsappstickers.trending 2)    Make sure you have a file explorer that supports the root. Now when you open the app, grant it root access. 3)  Open File Manager and go to the root partition.
